So now we have Shy top running smite
Skirmisher is aok. 6 second exhaust/ignite on a 1 min cooldown is fine.
Skirmisher is aok. 6 second exhaust/ignite on a 1 min cooldown is fine.
Exhaust reduces an enemies damage by 40%, reduces AS and MS by 30%, and reduces their armor + MR by 10 for 2.5 seconds. Ignite deals 50 (+20 per level) true damage over 5 seconds and applies grievous wounds.
Red Smite costs 850 gold and does 54 (+6 per level) true damage over 3 seconds (refreshed by basic attacks) and reduces their damage dealt to you by 20% for 6 seconds.
Red Smite out damages Ignite ASSUMING you autoattack someone consistently so the buff is applied for the maximum 9 seconds (burn is over 3 seconds, so hitting the enemy champion with a basic attack at smite, 3 seconds later, and 3 seconds later minimum). Red Smite WILL NOT outperform exhaust, ever, as Exhaust weakens the champions against your entire team and applies more weakening effects. Additionally, red smite will not beat out the other options at all unless you try to autoattack duel while smited.
The more likely problem is how useful Cinderhulk is and that red smite is one of two combat options if you take smite. Red Smite helps more with dueling, meaning a top laner who wants Cinderhulk will take it due to blue smite not helping in lane as much.
exhaust?
Oh cool, someone else is watching the EU LCS right now too.
0% winrate...probably totally broken. Sure.
cindderhulk is so op that you need to take 2 into the game
