I don't quite think that's his problem? His attack speed is not quite the issue imo, it's that his power is loaded heavily into his q bc his w is barely anything

They can't change huge stuff like his W right before the holidays; this is just a quick balance patch to tide us over for the break. Att spd is something they could change without the risk of bugs.

Ah okay this makes sense. I do hope they shift his kit a bit though, at least after holidays~

It's riot's classic approach to "balance" stuff.

Never touch things that players find troubling and actually are the real problems. Instead, hit things completely unrelated to actual problems, and jerk off to each other.

Players: Why does Fiora have attack speed slows? Totally unnecessary etc. etc.

Riot: Ok

Patch V7.14 Duelist's Dance: Bonus movement speed reduced to 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% from 20% / 30% / 40% / 50%. Grand Challenge: REMOVED: Duelist's Dance movement speed bonus while in the area.

Later Patch 7.18: Reverts both Fiora nerfs. Attack speed slows still intact.
