Should bard's W be buffed/reworked
I just never feel as if it does anything beyond the first few minutes in the game. The base values are garbage, the movement speed is just ehhh, it has pretty shitty scaling.
Like, I'd much rather not have the movement speed and it have a stronger %health heal. Or make the cooldown and mana cost lower and allow the placing of more lategame.
The rest of his kit is good, but his W is just so unsatisfying to use, it feels like an afterthought, like they had 3 abilities for him then decided they needed a fourth as a filler.
