Need advice top lane, I have no idea how to win with a feeding bot

For the past three days nearly every single game I've played has just been 100% out of my control because my bot lane is 0/10 at the 15 minute mark and the game is just unwinnable from there, I have no clue how to deal with it. Not only that, tanks that normally have weak early games now can just output absurd damage because Riot doesn't want to nerf Grasp of the Undying for who even knows what reason
