warlord blood lust working as intended?

the lifesteal tooltip doesnt update based on my % health ,so i didnt knew if id heal more or not with aatrox since spamming lifesteal items. the lifesteal went up only from items ,bloodlust didnt add more lifesteal in tooltip,maybe in fights only.

It doesn't give lifesteal. It gives lifesteal against champions and then half for minions.

So it can't give a value
