because Riot always seems to do that
Especially since the item applies item spell effects like Liandries and Rylais

DanofDemacia1 votesI really hope they do that. Luden's echo can go a long way in helping tier 2/3 ap champions compete with tier 1 champions. Hopefully riot simply nerfs the god tier or tier 1 champions that can abuse it too much and leave the item strong to buff up tier 2/3 ap champions.
Completely agree this is gonna help champs like lux and lulu so much.
