and what do you think the first caster to encounter this season 6 blocking is going to say once it costs some LCS bumpkin a kill/death.

Very Hard Engage1 votesi think its intentional that champions like darius/hecarim can harass you when you go to last hit a minion, (can reach over the minion) whereas you're playing someone like trundle who has to path around the minion to go and auto you. effectively making them choose hard engage now, or take free damage.
