With Veigar getting nerfed for his stun/burst combo lacking counterplay, it's only a matter of time until you get hit as well.

There is the same amount of counterplay in Annie's stun/burst as Veigar had so your bear is not safe.

Have her passive expire if she doesn't use it for a while, that's a nice fix that doesn't really change her playstyle much.
