i am not a fan of the changes on urf.

i really hate the urf elder dragon they added.

but outside of a very few far outliers of the weaker champs/items.they should of left it alone.

the plus 10%, minus 10% shit is lame. and it semi hidden stat changes is a never good thing.

i think balancing a mode that is meant to be broken is counter to the point of the mode..
