Does Fiora's parry deal damage if you dont parry anything??? Riot should change the description:
"Fiora deals damage in a line while taking none. If you try and hit her with CC, you get cced instead! hue hue hue hue"
Like seriously... it makes no sense thematically and basically gives her a poke spell

Makes plenty of sense for her to still strike if you don't attack her. You are grasping for straws here.
A poke spell? That spell is very often the difference between winning and losing a 1v1. The cooldown is way too long to be used as a "poke" spell. If you EVER see a Fiora using it to attempt to poke (also easy dodge, because its telegraphed so bad) just go in on her after she is done. Punish her for that.
