"we hard nerfed Xin because of PTA buff"

actually, ill have you know that ww is the most balanced rework and champ in the game just like
Currently he's balanced in high elo even with his high stats, because unlike E max sion warwick is easily playable around
If he takes damage he loses his W movement speed boost which reduces his ult range, and his base ms is 330 his E has a window of power that once down warwick is vulnerable his ult is a skillshot his Q range is low
but it doesn't matter because if you nerf xin because of PTA, then all the arguments you can use for xin can be used to nerf warwick with PTA
so if riot are overlooking xin, they should have nerfed warwick
These 2 champions are much easier to balance unlike their previous iteration, it's only a matter of numbers. I'm not sure why they're not nerfing them though.
Nah, clearly
is the most balanced and succesful rework and has never had any balance issues or been problematic.
Don't add a word into a quote to make it appeal more to your agenda
PASSIVE DAMAGE20/40/60/80 % total attack damage % >> 15/25/35/45 total attack damage
losing almost half of your damage isn't being hard nerfed
mkay i guess
Yes because his passive is half his damage
it's still a lot yes i forgot to say it's half of passive damage
but if you think having one of your spell being HALVED is not a hard nerf i don't know what you think it is
most champions lose 10 or 20 damage out of a spell damage
He got a 60 damage buff on his keystone that he takes every game.
Its pretty even
i'm not talking about PTA i'm talking about xin on his own
while warwick didn't get any nerf, even though he's already doing a lot of damage and has 53-54% win rate
WW should of gotten one i agree
but this will do nothing to xin assuming he takes PTA
