You are automatically garbage in my eyes. Preying on new players is just a trash tactic, I quite frankly don't care if you think "I smurf to climb again" Or to "challenge myself" You cripple the fun in the game by noobstomping.

pff elo boost him? just tell him what cs is and tell him how items work. He will be stomping the lvl 30s. Thats what happened to me and what happened to my friends.

What do you mean about elo boosting?

If I just tell him what cs is and how items work, he will probably still feed to lv30's. You must have been very good. He/She doesn't know how to trade, when to dive, when to use abilities, how to combo abilities, how to last hit cs well, how to hit abilities well, how to kite at all, and watch the map.

League is quite a hard game to pick up. To be realistic, the new player system sucks.

If I can help him and make him not give up, so he realises how fun league can be, we'll then we get to have fun while he learns. Otherwise he might just get upset and quit.

to be honest playing against smurfs is fun for one getting completely destroyed can teach you a lot of things and overall improve your own play learn from your own mistakes obviously the smurf is punishing the ones you are making. If you don't wanna improve then there is no point in playing ranked which is the only thing smurfs actually play on the regular basis.

If you wanna get better at league always blame yourself for ANYTHING that goes wrong. Did your lane roam and get a kill? could you have done something maybe roam with them or could you have pushed for another objective to punish the roam? Did you ward? Did you call out to your team where the enemy is most likely headed (pinging isn't enough 50% of the time in lower elos people tunnel and don't notice them typing can sometimes solve this) This is just 1 example and there are probably numerous things you can learn from your own mistakes. Maybe you didn't play risky enough maybe the idea of playing against someone better than you discouraged you and made you play too passive? maybe you are too aggressive like you can go on forever analyzing everything you do

I think it's an opportunity to see how good you really are. If you beat a smurf, then you are nearly as good as them. Still though, it can get pretty annoying to go against smurf premades. I just went against a smurf malzahar/ww combo they just double stun you and its ridiculous.
