Are the current support quests better than the old ones?

Previously we had support quests that gave a reward based on the item. Relic Shield granted a small shield, Spellthief granted a speed boost after landing an ability, you had three charges so you needed at least one stack in order to get the speed boost. Ancient coin allowed you to level up one of your abilities. Now you get sightstone on all of them for completing the the quest. Which do you guys think is better? Personally I like the current quests more because you don't have to buy sightstone anymore which is nice because that means you can get your next item much quicker. However I do miss the Spellthief speed boost reward a lot, I think that effect should be put on phase rush because that would mean anyone could use it well instead of very specific champs like Cass which make that keystone much more used.
