So can Ezreal have his heal or AS slow back?
A while back Ezreal was seeing way too much play so they took away the attack speed slow he had on his W, before that they took away the heal he once had on W. Back then it was needed, now not so much.

To bring Ezreal up to par with other ADC champs. I'd say he's probably the weakest one right now. Sure he's a safe pick, but so are Cait, Corki, Lucian, etc. His other skills are fine, his W is 100% lackluster.
