Thank you riot. It is obvious that sejuani needed nerfs. Your changes are bad. You are killing AP sejuani, making her slow useless late game ( no one will stay in range of her for more than one rotation ) and destroying its base damage only because her W now has health dmg ( that is just a power shift from her Q to W ).

First, there is no reason to lvl up her E instead of her Q. Second, they destroyed her E base damage. Third, doesn't matter if , with 40% CDR, you will have it every 3.6sec. No one will be close to her after the first rotation of her spells. Also, it is not easy to buy 40% CDR. And, you need permafrost at lvl 5 for it, which will only happen at lvl 18.

Blueharlequin1 votesI think one of the issues here is the fact that you're upset that an alternate play style is being nerfed. Sej was created to be a tank and she has enough CC for the rest of her team to pick it up. She's not a carry and never has been. Initiate with Q, hit with the W, get the slow off the E, then AoE ult the team.
