Why Veigar can't get Ryze Treatment ????? - Ryze was/is 1st tier pick - Veigar after stun change...

You Still let Ryze Perma Stun someone in the game (it's Click and POINT CAGE)

So Explain me why Veigar can't get the same treatment ? Let his Stun at cage (cast one) activate fast to the point where it will be POINT AND CLICK (zero sec DELAY) ???

Make gates : something like(numbers still can change ofc) lvl 6 - 0,5 sec delay , lvl 12 0.25 sec delay , lvl 16 0 sec delay

Both of them Q spells was changed. - Skill Shots Veigar W is kinda healthy , but now at akward place - too long "impact" .

So change his Stun interaction or change W ...
