I have a love/hate relationship with shield

absolutely love it Vs. those annoyin little shits toplane like

but I feel it being used botlane by characters like

to make poke in the bottom lane with healing and shielding basically a stall lane. granted I like when the game slows down a little bit, but the amount of sustain available in that item alone is a little ridiculous if its bought over Doran's blade on them.
