In my opinion it should be 40 max. Its Quinn and Valor. Not Quinn and oocasionally valor!

The problem is it also comes with a great movespeed and attack speed increase + execute. If you're behind, that probably won't be enough to help, but if you're ahead you can use the stats alone to bully out anyone else.

You say that as if there aren't already far worse ults or in valors case, assassins out there.

Yeah, valor form is good. However, most assassins have that form beat anyway, and any decent team will instant kill valor. Furthermore, it's mostly a tool to clean up stragglers.

If Quinn had a 40 second ult, it wouldn't be the end of the world.

Look at toplane (a rather common lane for Quinn). Let's say she gets ahead; with a 40 second cooldown ultimate she can now have up to 80% AS and 40% ms on command (even assuming better lane numbers of 40% and 20% that's huge) and an execute. Seeing as bird form has a point and click gapcloser and her blind, this would let her use her ult anytime she entered lane and then murder the other laner if she ever got ahead.

Moreover, she doesn't NEED to use her ult to force the enemy laner back to base when ahead. Having such a short CD on her ult would mean that she could roam into the enemy's top jungler or to mid lane with impunity, without losing much in her own lane.

80% AS on demand? Jinx 40% MS on demand? Jinx

80% AS on demand? Jinx 40% MS on demand? Jinx

Seriously unsure how stupid you are.

Jinx gets TEMPORARY ms ASSUMING SHE JUST KILLED YOU OR A TOWER/INHIBITOR. In addition, Jinx has .625 AS; as in, her AS is tied for the 5th lowest attack speed.

Quinn has base .668 AS (one of the highest) AND +3.1% AS a level (also one of the highest). At level 18 she always has at least 1.021 AS (needing +221.3% AS to reach the cap). Bird form puts her at only needing 141.3% AS to reach the hard cap.

Jinx on the other hand has base .625 AS (one of the lowest) and is tied for the 2nd lowest AS growth in the game (at +1%). At level 18 she has at least .731 AS, and needs 283% AS to reach the cap. Her Q gives a MAX of 130%, meaning she'd need 153% AS to reach the hard cap.

So no, Quinn beats Jinx in both of those departments, hands down.

Are you trying to say Jinx will not have the chance to have 3 stacks on her Q during MOST fights? Sure, Quinn has a not even a percent higher than Jinx but that only matters on extreme circumstances-especially concluding Jinx can easily 1v1 quinn 1-5 due to a reliable attack speed source.

And you don't have to be a complete Fiora about trying to prove another person wrong, you are coming off as seriously toxic.

No, I'm trying to say Jinx will not, even with her steroid, beat out Quinn and her steroid, since your post was seemingly comparing Jinx to Quinn, despite quinn being much better in the steroid department, AS + MS wise (not range wise, though you did not mention that). I'm highly confused as to why you'd think Jinx could ever 1v1 Quinn. Quinn both has a higher steroid, a point and click gapcloser (and jinx is rather immobile unless something just died), AND a blind, which makes Jinx's main source of damage useless for 1.5 seconds. Jinx would lose against Quinn everytime.

I don't have to be a ...complete Fiora. Not sure what you're trying to say there. Otherwise, I prefer to use actual facts to back up what I'm saying. If that makes me seem toxic, I'm sorry you feel that way.

Riven can do almost the same thing. She doesn't get AS but she gets a huge AD steroid along with range and a execute that is far more powerful than Quinns.

In fact, a riven that gets ahead will kill you every time. And yet, here we are with a CD that's 50 seconds while Quinn has a squishy assassin ult that's not as safe as riven and yet people think her ult will make her op.

Because Quinn also has a blind, making dueling anyone while splitpushing is almost always a win for her. In addition, Quinn has a much easier time getting ahead (she's ranged with a blind + interrupt and some nice burst harass). While Riven does get ahead, she also has to at least dive the other champion as a melee; she can't harass from range, safely farm if behind, or take down turrets anywhere near as fast. Quinn is weaker, ult execute wise (the execute itself is kind of meh), but she has much greater safety, pushing, and splitpushing than Riven does.
