She has two escapes that can also act as gap closers (her ulti), steroids, and a stun that has a broken hit box which has been needing to be fixed since it first came out. Put a delay on LeBlanc's escape so that she won't just free flash away every time she does major damage her easy to hit damage + utility set. Honestly, assassins are suppose to be taking risks when going in. She two of Shaco's prime abilities in a passive, a free flash that can be used twice with no cooldown as long as ulti is up, and on top of that: flash.

The only argument for this is "Oh well she can be CCed and bursted". That's the same argument for any champion that has been called out on.

Can we leave Leblanc alone. She has already been nerfed to hell, and with a current 47% percent win rate she is well under par. They removed her silence, which made engages 10 times more risky, and On the subject of her 1 CC move.

You mean her skill-shot based ability in which she is required to stay that close to you for a full 1.5 second to even work? yeah...

If its that much a problem you can always... back up? Which is what 9/10 happens.

Also lets not forget her base health stat which is 516. And something to compare that to which is Soraka's base health of 529.04

lol back up? the chain is a SLOW that turns into a snare, how to "back up"? And honestly, I ain't seeing any risks in her engages. I've experimented, She can QW and W back before the tower can even react. Totally not broken.

While I agree with you that her passive and W makes her WAY too safe, I also have to point out that she has no steroid or stuns, and the hitbox on her E is not has bad as fucking Morgana's Q. With that said, I'd suggest removing the return pad on her W altogether, while giving her back the silence, and a passive that also helps her kill better at a higher risk.
