Can we nerf the fk out of kat already?

Shes just beyond overpowered right now, im not sure who thought it was a good idea to make a supposed weak laner into a lane bully that can 1 shot you at lvl2~3, imagine if they made someone like jax or nasus able to 100-0 all in you at lvl 3? Would it be fair and balanced?

Kat being able to cast 3 shunpos in 1 second without having to get a reset/kill is completely nuts and shouldnt be a thing, atleast her daggers should be able to be destroyed so theres atleast some counterplay instead of "just zone yourself from her early game and let her push, roam and destroy your team instead".

About balanced champions.

The problem is that in higher elos theres not a lot you can do about OP champs because ppl here actually know how to play them abuse the stuff that makes them broken, while in low elo it doesnt matter because everyone just doesnt know how to play the game.

Like in diamond right now its impossible to lane against kat as a squishy ranged champion right now without zoning yourself, you have to counterpick it with a bruiser or something like riven mid as otherwise she can and will 100-0 you at lvl 3 with a darkseal in a split second.

Look... Kat gets banned literally every game in ranked. You say that is a solution... I say that is a problem. If she is consistently being banned, then that is very straightforward, its because she is way overpowered.

If she wasn't ridiculously overpowered, she would not consistently get banned (and frankly, I don't think the term "consistently" is a strong enough word to describe her ban rate... Riot mine as well concede that Kat is too overpowered for ranked and just deny the pick outright, at least people could get on to banning other characters for a change).

She's definitely not a problem. She's quite mobile but she's predictable and her damage really only comes from her passive and ultiamte.

ACTIVE: Katarina tosses a Dagger into the air at her current location, which lands after 1.25 seconds

and reducing Shunpo's cooldown by 78 / 84 / 90 / 96%.

Shunpo COOLDOWN: 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 Seconds

I mean I guess she can level 18 but I don't see why she would do that to set up daggers into nothing.

Early game 3 shunpos is gonna take like 5 seconds atleast.

In low elo you can beat anything with anything because ppl do not know how to play their champions, specially ones that arent exactly straight foward.

Like ryze and kat, they both have sub 50% win rates because of bad players tanking it but they are objectively overpowered champions atm.

Yeah, except that:

I can out trade lvl 1 with Q, proc TLD and zone from there.

My W is admittedly useless except for an emergency Ult stop...

Lazer + Q does crazy damage to her, and the Q shield protects me from some of the retaliation.

R does damage and most importantly is a hard counter to her ult.

I am fairly confident a diamond Viktor can push around a diamond Kat.

I have to agree... especially with her new patch. She was pretty overpowered with her ultimate before, but now she doesn't even need to use it. Her ultimate is just added gravy at this point. At level 2 she can kill a top laner from full HP in about 3-4 seconds, and its not like anybody can defend against her at level 2... god not even enough money to get a worth while magic resist at lvl 2!

You just have to stay under your tower until she gets to lvl 5 and then she can still kill you under your tower and escape without loosing half her HP... at which point you have to find a new lane and let her push the one shes in or constantly have to engage her 2v1 or 3v1... which is a huge problem for your team to camp one player all the way from level 2 until game end.

The imbalances are starting to get out of control...
