This is bllshit, i main Riven since seasons and you can CLEARLY feel th nerf. her E is very important and she is weak till she has 4-5 items.

every high skilled players like Wickd already forsaw that the nerf was going to impact her a lot, +4 sec cd at all ranks on ANY spell is a kneecap on any champion

remember when varus Q cd went up by 4 sec at all ranks and then his win rate went down to 42%?

Take away Riven's shield and she pops. Very quickly.

Riot damn near doubled her late-game shield CD. That dps is useless if she doesn't have the survivability to output it.

It also nerfs her lane trades as well as her interactions with Death's Dance.

E is Riven's most important spell. Thanks to her E, she can pull up most of the animation cancels. And the E makes her survive fights. Okay, cool, she can Q more often now, but thats useless because you die very fast and don't block any DMG. Her E is the reason why she does outplays, and if she can't use her E that often, then she's lost. Conquerer got also nerfed. Riven is more punishable right now, and if you make her useless in the early game, she won't come back that easy again. CC'ing her will just destroy her and her extra q's can't do anything against it This community is just tarded. It's like putting the cooldown of Jax's E higher. In league, every second, even milisecond counts in teamfights

I don't think the nerf is that big I still believe is she OP , but the nerf decreased her playrate so I won't have to face her that often so I'm fine with it

I mean, if the passive had no interaction with Crit, her winrate would probably drop a good bit as well. Riven mains have been spamming crit build more recently.

The crit Rivenbuild drops her winrate actually. The crit riven build only works on an experienced and good Riven player. Most of those who try the crit build loose and the crit build is weaker then the regular build. It only work's if you you're experienced and have huge game knowledge, otherwise the itembuild is shti
