I mean,it's worst than before,at least before I could throw a bunch of abilities out for free,but know? Needing champions to actually die near her for her passive to work? Meaning it's only going to be useful in team fights,not a big fun.

They've reduced her mana costs as compensation. So it's basically the same. But ON TOP of that your teamfights got 100x scarier.
