Conspiracy THeory: Broken champions exist for good players to climb

Riot acknowledges that if you have shitty teamates on your team, you have almost no hope to climb, so they keep 3-10 champions broken every patch so that good players who discover the secret early actually have a chance to climb the horrible system to than stop the moment everyone else figures it out and wait till the next patch.
