I hate playing against Caitlyn with a passion

and semi-enjoy torturing others with her when I get the chance

and as much as I enjoy watching the nerfs on the PBE be her downfall, the attack delay from 0.1>0.2 will likely hurt a lot more than it seems as it could cause -clunkiness -harder to kite -higher attack delay+even less attack speed = even more clunk

So I don't honestly think it's a very good change and could be replaced with another nerf cough traps cough instead
