Everyone just seemed to sorta drop the Veigar talk, even though Meddler said he was a WIP (after 5.6's buffs on pbe too)
Whether or not he needs a buff is irrelevant. I just want a Rioter's input on him in his current state.

lB2kGRlc8y1 votesYea, if the nerf hit him during the toxic assassin meta, he'd be garbage, he was garbage against them even pre nerf, but since frontline champions are popular, he's been able to be viable once teamfight phase roles around. He seems healthy because of team makeups supporting him in his current state, but he's absolutely reliant on his team, he has no dueling potential, so hes absolutely worthless by himself unless his ult can delete the target by itself. If the meta changes and he no longer gets the support he desperately needs, riot may see how incomplete and broken he is, but at the same time, I don't want the meta to change.
