Could Exhaust have a little bit of attack speed reduction?

The attack speed reduction helped with those burst champions who could spam their burst damage with their autos (MasterYi Olaf Tryndamere etc...). Especially since some of them have slow resistances, and/or increased mobility.

I mean, if I am exhausted, I am not swinging away as fast as I can.
