Fizz's entire design as a champion needs to be completely gutted and redone

Honestly, that sounds harsh and it is. But his kit is literally the most infuriating thing to play against in this game. A mixture of untargetability, mobility, burst, CC and DPS is just too crammed into one kit. I'd honestly rather face a team of 5 Riven's than fight one Fizz. His gameplay is just so frustrating and often times, you feel like you can't do much against him.

Is there something on the table for him? I mean really, I think I truly speak for the majority of the player base when I talk about how frustrating his entire gameplay pattern is (not just elements of his kit or gameplay, it's his entire kit).
