Can I get a game refresher?

More or less took about a two month break from this game. The game state how it was before just wasn't all too fun for me but I know a few changes happened and are on the Horizon. Hows the game state right now? Like Aram and SR. I know TFT is a thing now but I couldn't give two shits about it. Like whats the Token busted thing that everyone's on about this time around n' such. Is it worth to come back to the game right now?
