Small Wish: Throw Some AP Lucian love.

Alright season 9 has been a bit rough but over the past few patches Riot has been fixing my Beloved's.[Rakan is in a place that I can enjoy him again and Aatrox is apparently back in full force]

With that said sense patch 9.4 regular Lucian is fine but my boi AP Lucian got gutted. Not sure if anyone who can actually do something about this reads these but I do have some suggestions to throw an off meta build some love with out making regular lucian better? [Honest opinion the W Nerf didn't even hurt AD lucian all that much to begin with]

  1. Increase the AP scaling of his W. I actually agree with the Mana Nerf to his W but the damage for AP lucian is like 60% his W! At least if it scales with AP more the AP damage after a while can mirror him before the Damage Nerf.
  2. Increase the Damage of his W at higher ranks. Post Nerf looks like 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215 and Pre Nerf was 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245. so with that in mind maybe something like 75 / 115 / 150 / 190 / 240. Being honest 215 at max rank feels awful but 240, although still smaller is a hell of a lot better then 215. Also with the weaker damage at early ranks, Lucian's early game harass isn't as oppressive
  3. Add some AP scaling to his Q. So like, if you want his AP kit to be less one note this is a good option. You can leave his W in shambles but just give the guy another way to deal damage! The scaling doesn't have to be super high but just enough to make up for the W nerf. [PS. You can just add AP scaling to his Q and also Buff his W. But that would make me seem too biased..]

That's all I got. Riot, please. For me it's been a rough season, But it has been getting better. I know you guys are busy adjusting relevant champs n' such but throw a loyal player a bone by making his crappy off meta Build not crap anymore.

Also lesser suggestions would be, Buff his ultimate, Lower the cooldown of his W but holy crap those are bad suggestions that I somehow still typed.

I really wish they would do that, but Riot adores being the militant meta police.

The balance team is mostly diamond, in which off-meta builds are either broken or entirely worthless. If a champion is able to play multiple lanes, they ensure they stop that crap immediately.
