Small request - Can a Janky AP Lucian Player get some AP scaling in his Q?

Like it don't gotta be Much, His W already does a bit but when you build AP I think your Autos hurt more then your Q after a while. Like Just something to put some more "umph" into it. Like I don't think its gonna put this Unranked Normals player on the map I just want to Max out my Q second and it does something other then PROC my Ludens for a solid 3 damage.[That's Hyperbole] Small suggestion.
