Volibears only attacking Spell W scales with health which got reduced. Also Cinderhulk got nerfed Volibear is trash tier now , give him is well deserved buff. This patch made him worse and he was already trash tier

General the tank update screwed tanks and buffed adc. Wasnt it supposed to be a tank update?

which in theory actually helps considering that armor pen got nerfed... and bork is less effective vs less hp
