Went 4/0 against him. Had 30 more CS. But he was splitpushing all game while I was with my team. As soon as he bought maw, youmuu and botrk, he was able to 1x1 ( I was rumble with zhonyas, hauting guise, void and abyssal ). But yeah, he is DEFINETELY BALANCED! He also said I was a noob because I didn't know how to use zhonyas. I never took any damage from his ult. He killed me after his ult just with AA, Q W E

I was ahead on kills and stuff. Than he just kept farming until eventually he was able to 1v1 anyone on my team even though he was fucking stomped in lane
Lord Dusteon1 votes...That could be because you went full damage on a more DoT oriented bruiser/mage, and if Zed was smart enough to not stand in your ult he could dodge most of your damage.
Also you know, if he's got both a maw, BotRK, and Youmuu's, he went a full duelist build. As such, he's going to be pretty good at dueling.

Nahui2 votesNo, because you win in lane does not mean gg, you win. Like you said, he went off and farmed. He probably caught up. Even if didn't, League isn't strictly a game of gold and whoever has more just wins. He could have mechanically outplayed you. He's also supposed to 1v1, you're not. You are an asset to a team fight where your large aoe damage is crippling. You'd have had the same problem with Talon, Jax, Fiora, Tryndamere, Fizz. Don't 1v1 an assassin as a full ap rumble with weaker items like abyssal scepter.
The Sword Saint1 votesAs much as I hate zed, this isn't street fighter where every character is designed with the intent of going 1v1 with every other character. Rumble is a skillshot reliant teamfighting champ who can singlehandedly decide entire games if used well, zed i an assassin who has high mobility but who can't do much other than kill one person and get away with it cleanly. The two characters have different purposes in a match so you can't really compare them purely on dueling power. Thresh can't duel for shit compared to jax but you would generally prefer a thresh over a jax with equal gold.. they just serve different purposes.

It sounds like you actually countered the things that unbalanced about him and then you and your team got outplayed.
