conqueror is so disgustingly unhealthy still it really needs an actual rework or something

im sorry but even as a kat player i can acknowledge that 15 ap early for just being in combat is actually stupid for free. like... who thought that was a good idea. And id even say thats what also makes irelia and other conq users so frustrating to play against. Free stats for just being in combat cough looking at you too aftershock shouldn't really exist.
