K so i'm going to start buying Frozen heart on non-mana champs like aatrox and gnar.

100 armor=2000 Gold(85% efficient without passive), passive=?? hard to say since it's nerf, either way it's highly situational, and not that much.

90 armor=1800 Gold, 400 mana = 560 Gold, 20% cooldown reduction = 600 Gold(almost 106% efficient without aura) Without the mana at same cost it is almost 86% efficient.

So basically, you pay an extra 450 gold for almost as much armor+20% cdr and a better passive.

Elixers cost more then that, and is bought on non-mana champs which only has 150 less mana than

So there you have it, is pointless unless you build full armor on an armor tank against a full basic attack comp.

It literally has 1 niche which occasionally presents it self in low elo.
