Improving Galio

I've been asking around why people dislike Galio and everybody came up with contructive concerns. (Even Reds responded!) Suggestions

Q: Projectile Speed increased by 300. Cooldown lowered by 1s.

W: 1.) Heals the enchanted target instead of Galio. 2.) Transforms 10% of the received magical damage into mana.

E: The movementspeed bonus is doubled for Galio himself while running towards an enemy champion.

R: Galio gains CC immunity against taunted enemies.

Not going to lie, I like Galio. He's my favorite top and mid. And if I do support, that shield is fantastic for Morgana supports and fast shooting ADC's. It also gives a hefty shield bonus.

Not sure why everyone complains about the guy. You play him for up to 5 to 10 times and then you just think, 'wow, this support does this way better'. I mean, he may be no blitzcrank but his Q deals amazing damage to a lot more enemies and slows them for a good second. His E is good for chasing. His R is for groups, when he is in trouble, or to trap an enemy under a turret. There are endless things to think up with that R. His R is also what makes him a "/Support".
