the graves rework is the best rework to come out of the marksman update

you can complain about him being op all you want but he now delivers on his theme better than almost every other champion in the game

i think Taliyah reflects her lore the most

she was looking to restore Shurima and did some cool stuff at one point but we all know she'll be fucking useless just like she is in solo queue

and what theme is that ? 2 shot everyone? be tanky as hell ? abuse his range vs mellees? and be just as tanky as them?

yes, for the most part graves is a double-barrel-wielding badass whose western grit allows him to do a carries' job from up close

You seem to be more upset about his current power balance than about his thematics though. A champion being strong or mistuned doesn't make it a bad kit.

Here's how I feel about these reworks:

Caitlyn rework, despite my hatred for her traps, did wonders at executing her theme of LONG-RANGE sniping. I feel that if minor changes were made to her traps and E (Make towers break them, and for the love of all things holy why does she get to have a headshot when she hits someone with her E? She's supposed to be using that to get away, why would she turn around and then try to hit someone what) she would be the best she could be, aside from perhaps getting a VU.

Quinn's rework was great and all, but I'll be completely honest, I'm disappointed that she functions so poorly in the bottom lane that people now take her top and occasionally jungle. Jungling with a scout thematically makes sense and honestly feels really fun on her, so I'm more okay with that then toplane. But I feel as if they should really accentuate her 1v1 dueling capabilities beyond simply blinding someone and that's kind of it, she just keeps hitting you from there; that doesn't really scream ranger?/scout?/duelist? to me. However, the ultimate was reworked fantastically, her passive was integrated into her kit as perfectly as Caitlyn's was, and overall I feel as if she was done pretty well. I'm not entirely sure what could be done to entice people to bring her into bottom lane, but other than that, I think she's fine for now.

Graves' rework is the one I have the biggest issue with. Thematically, he truly became everything I envisioned him being. However, his gameplay I would stand to argue is about as annoying as Yasuo's. I suppose I can't truly pinpoint what specifically I hate about his kit, but the best I can say is that his damage is INSANE for the other facets of his kit. Being able to snipe someone from long range as well as get defensive advantages for actually fighting someone along with being able to blind them in said 1v1 as well as dash away from them if it's not working well for him... just feels like a tad too much for me. I frankly have no suggestions though, so I suppose I can't complain.
