Can we stop with the whole "just buy wards" excuse?

This is not season 2 or 3.

There are no 3 min stealth wards on the shop, and control wards are completely visible and you can only have 1 out at the time, basically you rely on 2 60s wards on a 180s cd in lane to cover 4~5 or even more possible gank paths, basically its just not possible for a laner to protect himself from being ganked by "buying wards".

So now, you cant just "buy wards" to protect yourself from a camp nowdays, so stop giving bad and outdated advice.

Let me not buy starting items and just buy 5 control wards at the start of the game so i can keep placing them as the jungler walks up and clear it for free.

Learn how to place them at the right time and place to guarantee they last the longest time possible.

Ok, just ignore all the proof that good ward usage directly correlates to player skill and winrate, stay bad and refuse to learn.

Even if you don't buy them, can you at least start placing them? There's no reason for people to ever end a game with a vision score of 5.
