Just give garen magic pen somewhere in his kit like how darius has armor pen.

Why is Darius' Ult reusable AND deals true damage when Garen's deals magic damage and is not reusable? I know Garen's does more damage the more hurt the champ is and Darius' only 'resets' on kill (full reset at rank 3).

I just don't understand why Darius has a reusable execute...He's basically just a slightly less tanky, but otherwise all around better version of Garen...
