Can Pyke's ult get changed just a bit?

Pyke is a fun champion and all, but when the enemy team literally stacks full health, he becomes nearly useless. Your AD scaling is complete dogshit, and the base damage is only good against the squishiest of targets. For utility, all he has is a self-slow hook that won't be that effective when their team has tanks in front --- You know, the thing you shouldn't be yanking into your team. If he goes in with his E, and he stuns people, but none of the 3000+ health people are within his pitiful execute range, all you have left to do is walk back out of the teamfight in the hopes you don't get absolutely popped.

So, since everyone hated the PBE's 1000-health executes against squishies, how about...

It executes targets below the greater value between 200-605 (+80% bonus AD) and 10%-15% (+2% per 100 AD) of their maximum health, but otherwise only deals the flat amount as physical damage?

Honestly, I'm just salty that I went 7/0/12 in the first 30 minutes of my Ranked game, and then fell to 7/5/12 and lost the game solely because some tower-diving, inting, trolling piece of SHIT feeder granted the enemy Garen and Swain enough free kill-gold gold to build about 4000+ health each, rendering me useless.

But hey, it's my fault they fed. Obviously, I'm at fault for what my laners did.
