PBE: Now gives 9/18/27/36/45 health from .8/1.6/2.4/3.2/4%

Instead of gutting this mastery to the point of no1 using it, why not just change it from** 4% total** hp to like 6% bonus HP

this is a buff to non tanks that use it so that it become more appealing to them. this was explained in red post.

So instead of keeping it unique to tanks they're going to make it appealing to everyone but tanks. I thought using masteries this season was suppose to be felt as unique. Or is this only with the keystones?

your looking this the wrong way some people play style is i want to be a tanker adc or a tanker mage but before this flat heath buff* the mastery wasnt doing the job for them

Yeah because its for tanks.. They can utilize the increased healing mastery Runic Armor.

not every mage or adc has healing some build full damage with no forms of sustain ( to a less case for adc but still) also for the inherent squishy adc and mages this gives more hp than the 5% this is true of some tanks as well

I understand that, but they arn't required to use the resolve tree, they can use cunning.

This is also a buff to it during the early game overall I believe.
