Anyone Remember Deathfire Grasp?

Anyone remember Riot removing it because it provided too much burst damage?

So why is it that Elder buff execute is a thing?

You don't activate it, by the way. It procs automatically. Just be the guy to bring someone down low enough and they get popped. And the damage is disgusting, especially against tanks.

Oh, and there's no cooldown on it either. It's like a heavy stacked pre-nerf dark harvest for the whole team.

I've been on both the receiving and giving end of this. One time, I wondered how the fuck I killed the fed enemy Juggernaut when he still had a quarter HP left and I had just recently disengaged him. They were also confused and rightfully upset. I checked what I had that could have done it and realized that just because my team happened to have Elder at the time, the game gave me a free kill!

Why is this a thing? This should not be a thing.
