Has anyone seen it? Whenever Graves builds Runaan's his autoattacks become a giant flashing cone of orange light. It really bothers my eyes and it can be very distracting in game.
I don't have any means of recording it but you can try it in a custom to see it for yourself...

no they dont and ruunans is a terrible item on graves heres a video explaining why

I'm pretty sure it's not just with Ruunan's Hurricane, though. I've seen this happen in cases with graves not even having Ruunan's, usually occurring after twenty minutes in.
Why would you even build Ruunan's on him? He really doesn't need the attack speed. Crit and CDR will turn him into a monster.
All the nitwits quibbling about Hurricane aside, I've seen this very thing. I am jungling Graves a lot, and have had the blinding flash when shooting thing happen in two different matches. I had Hurricane both times, but I've had it other times without noticing the flashes.
They are VERY bright, like definitely not something designed into the game intentionally.
The flash is a big cone that covers the entire area in front of Graves, extending out like his shotgun, but farther.
i got curious and notice there isnt much thread about it since his rework. i dont own graves, ive still yet to see it
