Do Bronzes seriously have no idea how to fight late game?

These are what a Bronze late game is 95% of the time.

1. 1 by 1 Suicides So basically your team walks up mid as a team of 5, the other team does the same. The other team is waiting for our tank to go in except he goes in without communicating. He just immediately makes a move, and is immediately dead. Then the ADC decides that it's time to go in. He dies and the same happens to the remaining 3. Despite me constantly telling them not to engage 1 by 1 and go in as a team, it still happens in consecutive team fights.

2. Horrible Positioning/Team Fight setup ults in and alpha strikes the first target his cursor is on and immediately dies. Then the ADC goes in BEFORE the tank. So Yi and ADC jump in before tank to start a team fight.

3. Zero Awareness You just killed 4 enemies, and lost none. 2 guys walk into the jungle, another one um.... starts taking laps around the map? Split push? Group mid and try to push as far into their base? Or, you have 3 guys alive yet choose to engage on the other team with a full 5.

**ALSO, YOUR INHIBITOR IS NOT A TURRET. ** This was a simple thing I understood back at level 15. And here I am in level 30 with a bunch of fools who are spam pinging the inhibitor and telling the 2 remaining teammates to go defend it when they have a full 5. Some will actually go in leading to an ace.

4.Getting caught out If you won't group up with the team, how about go split push a lane and actually be useful instead of killing wolves? Even worse, how about the enemy wolves? Yeah you are definitely safe there. Bronzes are geniuses.

Some of these things I caught on with at Level 15-20, yet these people still don't know. How do you deal with this? I mean just last week, we aced the other team with the enemy nexus wide open, and our Lee Sin went to red buff. Obviously we were able to still win easily but really? How do you teach your teammates how to work as a team late game? Most of them just respond with STFU.
