Talon's new E

So going to say that from what i've seen, Talon's new ability seems a little strong mobility wise. Think i was seeing him use the wall jump to cover like 800-1000 range. Don't know the exact amount this is limited to but it's clearly more then a flash and might even surpass champions like Leblanc if she doesn't dash twice.

What are other peoples thoughts?

It's arguably balanced because it puts the walls you jump over on huge ass cooldowns til super late game (which even then is like 30 seconds with max cdr or something), and has otherwise no use at all.

I get that it has built in downside. But i still think that it might be a bit to strong on some walls. I have no issue that he can jump over jungle camp walls, nor even dragon/baron. I have issue that there are some walls he can parkour over that no other champion (besides a Bard tunnel) could even come close to getting over even with their insanely long range and powerful dashes. I don't know if you saw the video of him using the ability, but if you have/are going to, i suggest looking at the wall jump he does from around midlane to the bushes on the bottom left side.

It jumps you over ANY wall. However, it can only be used to jump the walls and seemingly takes you to the closest jump off point on a different side of the wall than the one you jumped on. So for example, you start jumping on one of the longer stretches of wall between the lanes, trying to get all the way to the opposite side of the long wall (say going between the Nexus and top lane by going over the Krug wall), you will jump from where you started to the Krug pit and that's it, now the wall is on a several minute long cooldown. And that's the entire wall, not just the section you jumped over. Some walls that appear to be connected are sometimes considered separate walls in game, but typically if this is the case, it's only an incredibly small corner of the wall. However, that doesn't change the fact that you can jump over that incredibly small corner of wall even after jumping over the large portion with no cooldown. It seems to try to put you on the opposite side of the wall from where you started, but it may be some kind of range thing or it may be that it jumps you off at the nearest point.

My worry is that for some of the walls, that jump is insanely broken. Imagine for a moment a Talon jumping from river to blue buff, or from bottom lane to that brush kind of between middle and bottom near base wall. I'm fine with the ability to cross basic walls, but i do worry that after a bit of time we will start seeing Talon's crossing several 1000 units of space in a single movement.

It won't jump you that far. Jumping on the wall by blue buff on the river towards blue buff will put you short of the blue, not even within Q range. Jumping from bot lane towards the tribrush will put you in that little corner next to that tribrush.

I believe max range is 800?

Stay away from the walls... It's easy to kite the new Talon, the old Talon was far more dangerous.
