It just is so frustrating to get ww suppressed or malzahar suppressed without a whole lot of counterplay. One may argue that theres cleanse, well ads have cleanse too but they still build qss because sometimes cooldowns aren't up (actually I'm lying because cleanse doesn't stop suppressions I forgot riot hates counterplay oops). AD champions hve hexdrinker/maw to our zhonyas and therefore I feel it would be fitting to get some sort of qss for ap champions.

Those things are so different that you can't even compare them.
Snowman Arc1 votesI don't get why QSS is an AD only champion. It offers MR and its active, which from what I understand, can benefit any champion in the game.

For Malzahar I've had several times where I've gone and thrown a stun out as he suppresses me, knocking myself out of suppression thanks to travel time.
Just pick up 
if it bugs you enough. Worse case scenario at the end of the game you upgrade it and do a little bit more damage to towers.
