Think about it just a little bit and hopefully you'll understand that this is nothing but the latest in the trend of new items/masteries/runes having one champion shine above everyone else when the issue is the item, not the champion. And unfortunately, if people keep mindlessly begging for Jhin nerfs, he's going to get nerfed far harsher than necessary, then Stormrazer's will get nerfed adequately or removed, and his nerfs will not be reverted. It happened to with Warrior with Sated Devourer with Cinderhulk with Courage of the Colossus with Stopwatch and enchanters with Ardent.

Stormrazor is an acceptable item IF it were priced properly. It's stats are superior to ghostblade, but is the same price; superior to cleaver, but is cheaper. It should be around 3200 to 3300 gold item or have stats decreased... making the ad much lower or some other benefit of it massively reduced if it stays at 2900g. I said this BEFORE they go cheapening adc items to make crit adc's viable again. The other changes to crit items were more understandable, but stormrazor only exists to be abused by crit and non-crit champs alike - helping those who already bully the lane bully more with the item having been made cheaper rather than actually help crit adc's who needed the help.

My other point I'd like to make. Jhin's MOVESPEED when he crits is bonkers. You can't run away from him, you can't catch him either - as a melee, it's completely unacceptable to deal with. It literally doesn't matter what you build yourself for movespeed items, you won't catch him if he crits you. Sure you might get on him enough to land a single auto or ability, but then he will just kite and/or chase and kill you without you being able to touch him again. And while you might be fine with that as an adc main... here's the second half of that equation: you don't like getting 1-shot with no counter-play right? Well that's what happens when opponents are forced to either 1-shot jhin or never have the chance to catch him a second time and fight back against him. I'd personally like to see less 1-shotting of adc's AND more counterplay vs adc's by making them unable to perma-kite melee's via stupidly overtuned movespeed from crit items that screws over every melee without 2+ spammable gapclosers with the range of a flash or greater. This makes both sides have outplay potential and makes it more about skill than a giant... get bleeped cuz I'm blah blah blah or have a whatchamacallit item.

*movespeed advantage of all crit adc's late game is too high... making the scenario I described above a reality; however, jhin is by far the worst offender that makes all others look civilized

Uh.. Yes. That was exactly my point. They were abused by multiple champions, not only the one I listed. So then the item/mastery got rightfully nerfed, but the champion who abused it "most" got left weaker for no good reason.

Yes the items and or mastery gets nerfed and the biggest abuser get nerfed but this is still sometimes needed. Like all of the champions you pointed out were unhealthy by design when they were abusing these things. Jhin just works to well with stormrazor rapid fire and hail of blades, so he needs a nerf and so does stormrazor because only stormrazor champions are viable right now.

But they weren't unhealthy by design. Not in the slightest. They were only unhealthy when that thing, which was unhealthy for everyone who could build it, was created.

Not really. Jhin is one of the most played champs in the game as well as one of Riot's favorites. If he's ever underperforming, he will be buffed. So if Razor gets nerfed or removed after Jhin gets nerfed (if this ever happens), he will be compensated.
