some people may hate her.but i see good reasoning for the buffs

Katarina does terrible against tanks/bruisers which are quite dominant at the moment

Honestly what i really want to happen is make it so when she ultis during the first 0.5 seconds of the ulti make it so it can't be stop with in that time. This allows her to get some damage off before someone insta stops her ulti and 90% of her damage. OR give her damage reduction for the channel duration. Only one of those things would need to happen. Because the way i see it she dies too fast while trying to get a full channel off or shes stop instantly and deals 0 damage.

You already can shunpo to anything.. and your shunpo has damage reduction.. Kat is safe enough.. lol

She's an assassin.. that's how assassin's play.. lol q,e,w, thunderlords.. run away is a pretty safe trade... lol
Sinister Anubis3 votesNo she is not safe at all. If you are using your shunpo to go in you don't have it to go out unless you get resets. In lane trying to trade with q and just walk up to them is retarded you'll never proc the q mark ever. Look at akali she can't trade with anyone till she gets 6 and her q proc deals WAY more damage then katarina's Not to mention she gets 3 jumps and stealth to buy her time. My suggestion will work and still leaves plenty of opportunity to counter her. Buy some mr and soke that 0.5 damage and then stun her. Or give her damage reduction on the duration of the ulti or only while the ulti is active. that way if you stun her out of it she wont have the damage reduction. Yes i know its on her shunpo but its only 1.5 seconds which isn't long at all. It use to be 3 seconds.

Nope =) She can be easy controlled by any CC spells. So she is kinda safe only 1 on 1 with enemy adc =)
The real reason behind this small buff, is that AP is cost too much than year ago. Year ago you could just buy Rabadon first and start doing pentakills. Today Rabadon is like 5 or 6 item.
