Reason shen was being played was because the heavy nerf to the TP so shen was in the best position to aid the other lanes with his ult. Clearly rito wasn't happy about shen's rising popularity even though he wasn't really dominating lanes.

this would ruin the champions biggest cheese though. If they did they they would have to compensate him in an insane way to make up for it. They should just honestly revert some of the nerf they did on the TP spell this would indirectly balance more shen.

to be fair though ziggs has a really long range on the Q and hurts like a mofo, but i do agree on karthus, I wouldn't mind nerfing some of the damage on the ult and buffing some of the Q damage. Can't trade for shit most of the time.

Really? I play Karthus pretty regularly (not ranked though) and I don't really have problems trading. Lay Waste hits for a big chunk if you catch them off alone, and if they turtle in their minions you can just seige-bomb the wave for cs.

Funny part is do you remember their reason for buffing lee? "We aren't seeing Lee for competitive scene so we are buffing him" When he was only gone for 1 LCS summer split.

Shen gets unnecessary nerfs not to be picked in competitive play. Competitive play is over for a while. Shen can be buffed because of that. Lee gets unnecessary nerfs to be picked in competitive play (because God forbid one such event happens without him). Competitive play is over for a while. Lee does not get nerfs because of that.

And i sincerely hope you are not saying that someone as skill-reliant as Lee is fine with being picked in 1/3 of games while maintaining a positive winrate.

Lee is fine for the most part. He himself has not received any changes recently. New jungle has hurt other junglers more than it hurt him. Simple deduction is useful sometimes.

Except for those buffs he received immediately before Worlds. And those few patches earlier aimed to make him easier to play.

Again, the fact that he received no direct changes does not change the fact that he is overtuned and killing variety single-handedly. He certainly wouldn't be the first champion to get nerfed because of indirect changes which pushed him over the top.

Except he's not overtuned in the first place. And balancing department does not usually nerf a champion because trash players are crying and whining about them, thankfully. If it's the others that got hurt, then they buff the others back to a suitable average level for the new modes.

The main difference between them is that Shen promotes defensive/careful play, while Lee Sin is the exact opposite and forces plays, especially early on. For the last few years, Riot has shown a lot of bias toward flashy, aggressive champions since they make competitive play more exciting to the audience (who may not be completely familiar with the game).

It sucks, but that's just how it is. Also, Lee Sin has always been one of the most popular champions in the game and Riot never nerfs their most popular champions too hard. They will always get compensated at some point or another.

Back in the day, like WAY back there was a custom skin that made Shen look like the green ranger. I'd take that into my games and tell my team mates to "NEVER FEAR CITIZENS" because I was superhero Shen. I don't care what you have to do, Riot, just bring that fire back to my Shen so I can be the hero my team needs, again.
