NO, kaisa doesn't really seem to be OP (to me at least) and yes Lucian was supposed to be on that list, but timer for match was running down so ran out of time and couldn't find his icon.

Wait so because she is doing her job better than another adc, she needs nerfs? Kog is one of the worst adcs right now anyway, there are so many other things needing nerfs before you get to Kaisa.

You only think that because Jhin and Kai'sa are so overtuned it has actually made ADC players worse at the game as a collective.

She's a spell caster that uses on-hit items better than any champion in the game.

there are so many other things needing nerfs before you get to Kaisa.

and that's not how balance works either

I mean when I play kayn I have to actually hit my abilities to kill someone Yet zed can run in press r miss all his shuricans, spin (which auto hits because melee) then auto and instant kill someone with a duskblade?

Except Zed can only do that on like 2-3 items while everyone else is an item behind. SA Kayn can also just come out of a wall and Q+R someone for their entire health bar at that point if he is equally ahead. The difference is at that point SA Kayn doesn't need R if he lands W first since W+Q will simply kill people instead.

bro as a kayn main i can say that you can still kill some one with Q auto R Q auto even if you dont hit your W you can still kill them. and dont talk about missing your Q becuase its so easy to hit.

You think it's hard to hit W and then ult on Kayn? Kayn is so disgustingly easy that he's practically a free win. He farms much better and more reliably than even Zed, who's entire waveclear is predicated on actually sacrificing cooldowns in the short term. Living Shadow has something like a 20-25 second cooldown early in the game and if he uses it for waveclear purposes, he puts himself at risk and diminishes the window he has to actually harass his opponent. Kayn just needs to hit Q, and all of the mana he just used will regenerate back in a couple seconds and the move is on a 4 second cooldown.

The notion that Kayn is some how more difficult to assassinate people than Zed is UTTER nonsense, and i really hope that's fully understood here. Kayn's cooldowns, his speed, and his hitboxes are far more forgiving than Zed's can ever be. Doesn't help that he can walk a quarter of the way across the map, ignoring every obstacle he sees at 600+ ms.

And no, he can't just R auto E and R back with Duskblade. Quit the shit

High pickrate but not higher , the mentioned champions got higher pickrate and more unfun to play against , while I love Jhin and don't want him to be nerfed , but his current stats shouldn't stay like that

I guess the WR was the real baddie here. She has like a 54.5% wr on Diamond+ and it is higher the higher rank you go. While our data isnt as accurate as Riots so maybe her winrate is actually higher than what we think.

False. Rework Skarner capped at a 61% winrate I believe before his hotfixes. Never is a term you should rarely use unless it is actually "never".

And yet yorick recieved a nerf cause according to Riot he had a 57% wr while Lolalytics said it was 53.5. So again, our statistics cant match Riots. They wouldnt wanna nerf Ahri out of the blue (especially considering she is super popular).

Yorick didn't deserve the nerfs tho , maybe he does ? which nerf did u talk about ? the one few patches ago ? or the one he had in preseason ? when he got nerfed in pre season his winrate was 57% in op.gg however he had a very small pickrate ,only his one tricks

Yeah Ahri surely needs a nerf because her winrate and pickrate is high , even though there are many other stronger and more unfun to play against champions in the game , they simply could have reverted her unneeded E buff that no on asked for , her Ult nerf shouldn't go live and it won't solve the issue and people will keep complaining about her

Yorick was nerfed patch 8.17 and according to Riot it was because his winrate was way too high in low elo (Plat-Diamond that is, not bronze-gold) (almost reaching 60%) while Lolalytics didnt display that.

Bad argument. I would have loved Talon or Irelia or Jax to be nerfed over Ahri but Ahri still needs nerfs. Her ult nerf is a placebo nerf. It will lower her WR because people will think she is more bad than what she is. Her E buff was needed since she felt so fucking bad to play with a 1s charm while you rely so much on landing both parts of Q.

I think a good nerf for Jhin would be to make his move speed only apply to the fourth shot instead of every crit. Because the fourth shot is supposed to be the powerful one, and he doesn't get to auto for like 3 seconds after, so he may need the move speed to get away while he can't auto, but he shouldn't get that move speed on every attack.

the only reason he gets so much move speed per attack is BECAUSE of storm razor. Other ADC can't abuse it the same way he can, he can auto and Q, run away at light speed to cast W, run back in another crit, a third shot, another crit. Three crits, two spells, one item, zero counterplay.

Zed is woefully unfun to play against. He wins most matchups because he never ooms. He will out trade you because he does stupid damage, he's tankier than you, and he will outfarm you. Zero fun, lane and game ruined woohoo.
