I genuinely can't use my mechanics anymore because shit is stuttering all the time. Every time minions spawn, I get stuttering for a few seconds, and then while they're walking, my frames are stuttering until they're all standing still attacking in lane, BUT THEN GUESS WHAT, MORE MINIONS SPAWN AND THE STUTTERING CONTINUES
Dat Kat6 votesI filed a ticket to player support about the issue, they don't seem to take it as a fault on their end. Regardless of how powerful your pc is, they'll keep on suggesting one of their "Help" threads under the support section.
Even after telling them the solutions aren't helping despite even trying to run the game on lowest settings with a high end pc, they still believe their game isn't causing the issue. You'll just have to deal with it yourself until somebody on their end acknowledges the issue.

Yup i have an r9 390 and some games it randomly drops below 60 when i usually get 140+ and i run most gmaes at 60fps fine that are way more intesive

For some reason, I had an r9 390, fps was good, good computer as well. I tried league on a gtx 660, which is far weaker, and it was running so much better.
I feel like the support for AMD cards might be a bit subpar.
MPapaz2 votesNope. It's pretty shit having tested it on a 1030 GDDR5 (i3-6100), 1050 Ti (i5-6400), and a 1060 6GB (i3-6100). Game is just running like shit in general.
Also tested on a R3-1200/1050 Ti system. Better, still trash.

On the old pc, i havent had these issues, since i bought a new pc some time ago the game started stuttering like hell, but it shouldnt, the pc is powerful enough for league. Hell, if someone tells me that my 6 core cpu isnt enough for league then fuck this game.

Heos001 votesI have stuttering/low fps every few minutes, like 1-3 minutes i have 40 fps that feels like 25 or 20 and after those minutes i got back to the normality 80-100 fps and repeat.
